On January 9-12, 2018, CES will open its doors again. CES is one of the world’s largest trade shows for consumer technology. Held annually in Las Vegas, NV, USA, it attracts 170K+ attendees, gathering over 223,000 net square meters of exhibit space and presenting more than 300 conference sessions.
In order to introduce more end-users to its network as well as to share the advantages of the integration of printed electronics in consumer products, the OE-A will exhibit at its own pavilion: Tech West, Sands Expo, Level 2, Halls A-D, Booth #40937. OE-A members – among others CDT, Coatema Coating Machinery, NovaCentrix, VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, EMD Performance Materials (subsidiary of Merck KGaA) and InnovationLab – will also be at this OE-A pavilion to showcase their technologies and applications.
OE-A to take part in CES to strengthen its position in the consumer electronics market
The OE-A is the organization that introduces the new technology of organic and printed electronics at this international event. This novel technology will have a major influence on the consumer technology industry, especially in the areas of the Internet of Things, wearables and automotive. Special focus will be given to the integration of this innovative technology into consumer electronics. This growing market helps to bring more end-users to the printed electronics network, which will prompt closer collaboration between the product industry and the technology developers. This cooperation will eventually lead to the optimization of existing products as well as to the development of new ones.
